The launch of Thomson Reserve is projected for Q3 2026.

Thomson View en bloc siteThomson Reserve is being developed on the former Thomson View plot, following the successful collective sale of the aging condominium. On 1 July 2025, the High Court granted approval for the S$810 million en bloc transaction, positioning it as one of Singapore's largest residential collective sales in recent years, surpassed only by the S$890 million sale of Chuan Park in 2023. Based on the final acquisition price, the land rate stands at approximately S$1,178 psf ppr, inclusive of applicable land betterment charges and lease top-up premiums. The original Thomson View was a 99-year leasehold development, with its land lease commencing in 1975. By the time of the collective sale's conclusion, roughly 49 years remained on its tenure. The former estate comprised around 200 apartments, 54 townhouses, and a single shop unit, all spread across a substantial 5-hectare site. This generous land parcel facilitates a more expansive and efficient redevelopment into a mega project. As part of its transformation into Thomson Reserve, the lease will be replenished to a brand new 99 years, effectively renewing the tenure for the new development.
